Report on FY25 Second-Half Management Strategy Meeting and Reception Party
On October 23, 2025, we held the second-half management strategy meeting.
The CEO and managers presented the first-half results and explained the policies for the second half,
making it a valuable time to share awareness for the next steps.
After focusing all our attention, it was time for the much-anticipated Reception Party!
This time, we had a record number of participants.
Although we were concerned about hosting on a Thursday with work the next day, it turned out to be no problem.

We ensured extra time for employees to relax and interact with each other. Even members who rarely get to talk enjoyed lively conversations.
Then came the time for the BiOS Award. This time:

The Lone Star Award honors those who work tirelessly on solo assignments.
By the way, the details of the awards are decided through discussions among managers.
The biannual reception party is an important opportunity to strengthen bonds with BiOS colleagues across various locations.
Even if we've spoken before, many say “It’s my first time seeing your face!”
Meeting in person truly highlights the great character of BiOS employees!
Already the second half of FY25 has begun, and we look forward to continuing to grow with such wonderful colleagues.
