Job Description • Handle a request call and/or email for the datacenter services which is related with Event
Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Fulfillment and Access Management.
• Support clients visiting the datacenter with the secure operation (i.e. Administration, Escorting to workplace(s), renting tools/equipment, etc.)
• Support the datacenter security operation (i.e. keys handling, lock/unlock racks/devices, etc.)
• Support bilingual communication on the datacenter Remote Hand services.
• Address the escalations by implementing report requirements.
• Documentations and periodical reporting operation
• Provide periodical/routine patrol and/or monitor the status of equipment and facilities
Your Experience • Those who have experience in customer service 
•Those who can perform basic keyboard operations and PC input work
•Those who can work shifts (24/7 system) including holidays, holidays and nights
• Interest in the IT industry and Data Centers
Language Skills • Japanese: Fluent Level(JLPT2 or more)
• English: Business Level

Job Description • Request Management – process tickets as per SLA (Service Level Agreement) of the client.
• Install, move, add, and change server and other hardware in data center according to request from the client.
• Documentations and periodical reporting operation
• Coordinate and provide both scheduled and unscheduled troubleshooting support.
• Escorting vendors and visitors inside the data center.
• Asset Management including stocks 
• Document Management - maintain and update the documents
Your Experience • 2 to 3 years of experience as an IT infrastructure engineer (server, network, IT asset management, etc.).
• Experience working for a data center or equivalent (i.e. server room) is required.
• Technical skills and knowledge of HP, Dell, Citrix, and Sun servers are highly preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, vendors, and internal staffs over the phone, email, and face to face.
• Flexibility to work under shift

Job Description • Troubleshoot, support and incident-manage user PCs and other related technical infrastructure according to the client’s SLA and ITIL methodology.
• Provide technical support for desktop/laptop PCs, printers, monitors, server/network equipment, and other IT hardware in office environment.
• Coordinate with helpdesk engineers to provide support by solving tickets within decided period.
• Asset Management including IT hardware equipment
• Support helpdesk engineers updating, organizing, and managing user manuals regarding daily operations.
• Other ad-hoc technical tasks are required.
Your Experience • At least 2 years of desktop or user support experience, preferably in a multinational atmosphere.
• Good technical knowledge in order to support office IT environment; desktop, laptop, server, network, printer, etc.
• Excellent business manner when facing customers, with strong communication skills.

Job Description • Handling technical inquiries raised via email, phone and/or in-person for tier-2 and -2.5 support.
• Schedule, monitor and deliver support for end-users within agreed SLA levels.
• Provide client VIP support
• Working off-schedule to attend meetings and/or support inquiries outside main support site.
• Creating documentation and materials to help educate end-users.
• Assist with testing and rolling out new tools and applications.
Your Experience • 4+ of relevant support experience of Microsoft Office and Windows support and configuration.
• Expert in with Microsoft 8.1 and 10 desktop issues.
• Troubleshooting skills with network, firewall and telecommunication devices.
• Technical knowledge and understanding of industry standards and practices.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and technologies.
• Focused and oriented when working with support team members and teams outside of the support frame.
• Possess and demonstrate technical knowledge to support tier -2 and -2.5 requests.
• Technical certifications are a bonus
